Welcome to Thrive Collectives. By accessing or purchasing from our website *thrivecollectives.store*, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

*Products*

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable.

*Orders & Payment*

Payment is required at checkout via [PayFast / PayPal / Card]. We will confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

*Shipping*

We ship to [South Africa / Worldwide]. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to you once the courier has delivered.

*Returns & Refunds*

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition. Contact us at : thrivecollectives.kit@gmail.com to start a return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Thrive Collectives is not liable for any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

- 14 days to return from date of delivery

- Item must be unused and in original packaging

- Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty

- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

- For faulty/damaged items: contact us within 48 hours with photos
